“An “Innovation Towards Modernization” is what LTFRB-NCR envisions to follow upon lifting of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) set forth to mitigate the impact of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the region.”Tamayo emphasized.
PisoPay.Com, in its objective to support government efforts in ensuring public safety amidst this pandemic, offered their services to design and develop the online facility for free.
PTOPS would not only allow for faster and more convenient transactions between stakeholders and the agency, it would also follow the continuous practice of social distancing measures.
