DFA Baguio resumes operation on May 18
BAGUIO CITY, May 10– The Department of Foreign Affairs – Consular Office in the city is set to resume operations on May 18, 2020 but precautionary health measures will be strictly enforced to ensure the safety of applicants and attending personnel and service staff.
In the DFA advisory, applicants with appointments from March 9 to May 15, 2020 who were affected by the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) will be accommodated from May 18 to August 28, 2020.
Affected applicants will be sent emails prior to May 18 with the schedule of their new appointments.
Applicants who have not received an email are advised to call telephone number (02) 8234-3488.
For those who are unable to access the email address which was used to create their appointment, they are advised to email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject COVID reschedule:
Full Name (first, middle, and last name)
Date of original appointment
Date of preferred new schedule
Contact number (preferably mobile phone number)
