VILLAVICIOSA, Abra, July 12 (PIA)– The Provincial Government of Abra (PGA) reaches out to the different municipalities of the province with goodies and services for all barangays officials who stood up and continue to carry on their responsibilities as local frontliners in the fight against the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19).
Through the leadership of Governor Maria Jocelyn “Joy” Bernos, Vice-Governor Ronald S.
